All the ingredients -bacon,
gouda, dried apricots (soaked in
hot water for a while) and chicken
(thigh meat in this case -skinned and
deboned).
Chop up the bits that need it.
Short skewers soaked in
water will help hold it all together.
Wrap a piece of chicken around
a lump of gouda and an apricot. The
wrap a piece of bacon around this.
Run through with a skewer and stack nicely.
These were cooked on a barbeque.
